This is a low impact, easy to follow class that is suitable for beginners to exercise as well as active older people who want to maintain good health and fitness at a pace that suits them.
We begin the class with an all-round warm up and then we focus on
Flexibility, Agility, Balance and Strength
which are vital for health and wellbeing. Our 'whole body approach' will ensure you get a thorough and balanced workout including neck, back, wrist and hand mobility. You will begin to feel real benefits in just a matter of weeks.
