Combining GroupX principles with traditional basics boxing moves and drills, BoxFit is a high powered, stress-busting, energy-driven class. 

 

circuits / intervals

A traditional circuit training class would have a variety of different 'stations' of exercise placed around the room. For our on demand sessions, we are varying the exercises but not the space, so this class could better be described as interval training.
